Можно улучшить все. Необходимо заранее извещать клиента, что при заселении могут возникнуть различного рода недостатки, как в случае со мной. При заселении выяснилось, что в арендуемом помещении, отсутствует электроснабжение, вода и свет. Хотя в предлагаемых услугах они прописаны.
